I have used the Upper Elementary and now the Lower Elementary math cards for four years now. My students are motivated by the clear sequence and control of error provided with these cards. The story problems ignite my student’s curiosity and generate rich discussions and further research. I highly suggest exploring some of the PDF resources that are included on the website. I also cannot say enough about the replacement policy for lost cards, some of my Upper Elementary math cards disappeared and replacements were sent quickly at no charge.

“These cards are absolutely essential for me. My degree is in math, and people don’t always understand how crucial it is to start with the right first problem, and to have complexity grow gently, leading the child towards more confidence. It’s very easy for a hastily/randomly created problem to go wrong in a lesson, bringing up exceptions and difficulties all at once, discouraging or confusing some students. I know I can always trust the first few problems to be at the right place for an introduction, and for the complexities to build, one by one, as the problems progress.
